Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the merchandise. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

Returns are not valid on discounted merchandise.

1. On the invoice, you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

2. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

  An act of giving back the product(s) ordered at Nutrizone portal by the consumer. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of a product:

Product(s) delivered do not match your order;

Product(s) delivered are past or near to its expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of fewer than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry);

Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not to accept any product which has a tampered seal).

Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will offer a refund.

Replacement under the following conditions

If there is any manufacturing defect.

In case of wrongly delivered product.

In case the product is missing from your delivery package. Please allow us 7 business days to evaluate and validate the situation and hence, your refund will be processed.

Please note that the product must be unused and well enacted with all the tags and labels.

The replacement will be shipped within 1 business day after the product reaches our warehouse and runs through a quality check.

General

These conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions which the Buyer may seek to apply under any purchase order, order confirmation or similar document.

 All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these Conditions.

 Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Conditions.

 Any variation to these Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties including without limitation as to discounts) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Seller.

 Any advice, recommendation or representation given by the Seller or its employees or agents to the Buyer or its employees or agents as to the storage, application or use of the Goods or otherwise which is not confirmed in writing by the Seller is followed or acted upon entirely at the Buyer’s own risk, and, accordingly, the Seller shall not be liable for any such advice, recommendation or representation which is not so confirmed.

 Nothing in these Conditions shall effect the statutory rights of any Buyer dealing as a consumer.
