Quinoa with mushroom

Ingredients
•        Quinoa -1 Cup
•        Olive oil
•        Onion Chopped – 2 or 3
•        Mushroom -4 Cup (Big Size)
•        Broccoli
•        Butter & Cheese
•        Lemon

Method –
Add 1 Cup Quinoa in boiling water with some salt, paper and olive oil.  Cook it till done/
Chop 2 to 3 onions in slices and fry till it becomes brown. Add 3 to 4 cup mushrooms and broccoli. Sauté till its done.  Add some cheese.
Take a bowl put Quinoa in it, then put Mushroom and Onion, mix them well.  Add some lemon, then put Quinoa second time put mushroom and onion then put lemon then put quinoa and top put broccoli and serve it.
