Quinoa with Steamed Chicken and Asparagus

Method

Put oil in the pan and heat it.  Now put garlic and sauté, and add asparagus, chicken, chilies, 1/2 tsp cayenne paper add little water.  Now add the following one by one: first add quinoa, 1/2 tsp black vinegar, soya sauce, some parsley, salt and black paper to taste.  Finally, add 1/2 spoon butter and squeeze lemon juice and roasted flaxseeds.
