How to make instant Quinoa Poha


  • Quinoa - 1 Cup
  • Onion - 2 Medium
  • Curry Leaves - 8 to 10 leaves
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chilies powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Fresh coconut
  • Chopped coriander
  • 2 Small Potatoes boiled
  • Salt
  • Oil


Put oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, turmeric, green chili, add boiled potato, cook 5 to 6 minutes then add quinoa put salt as required. Finally add peanuts, coriander, and coconut. 

Mix well, now quinoa poha is ready to serve.
