Take one cup of quinoa. Wash and rinse. Soak for half an hour in water.
Take the chicken bowl. Put ginger, garlic paste, yogurt, coriander and turmeric powder. Crush all the above and add garam masala, cumin powder and bay leaf.
Put fried onion, mint and coriander leaves. Keep in refrigerator for one hour.
Cook Quinoa separately until it is 70 to 80 % done.
Take cooker and add oil and marinated chicken. Cook in medium flame for 15 minutes.
When chicken is cooked. Put fried onion, mint and coriander. Cook for 10 minutes.
