Quinoa Chicken Biryani



  • Quinoa- 1 cup 
  • Chicken- 2 gm
  • Ginger and garlic paste 
  • Garam masala powder
  • All Khare masala


  • Yogurt- 2 tsp
  • Fried onion 
  • Turmeric powder    
  • Salt as required
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Mint and coriander leaf.            




- Take one cup of quinoa. Wash and rinse. Soak for half an hour in water. 

- Take the chicken bowl. Put ginger, garlic paste, yogurt, coriander and turmeric powder. Crush all the above and add garam masala, cumin powder and bay leaf.

- Put fried onion, mint and coriander leaves. Keep in refrigerator for one hour.

- Cook Quinoa separately until it is 70 to 80 % done.  

- Take cooker and add oil and marinated chicken. Cook in medium flame for 15 minutes.

- When chicken is cooked. Put fried onion, mint and coriander. Cook for 10 minutes.

- Biryani Is Ready.
