Black Rice Veg Keema Biryani

 

Ingredients

 

  • Oil
  • Black cardamom
  • Green cardamom
  • Pomegranate
  • Bay leaf               
  • Black Rice- 1 cup
  • Ghee- 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds
  • Ginger cut into long thin slices
  • Garlic- 4 cloves        

 

Spices 

 

  • Onion - 1 
  • Green Chilli- 2
  • Tomato- 2
  • Tomato puree- 1/4 cup
  • Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Biryani masala- 1 tsp
  • Soyabean granules- 15 cup
  • Curd- 1 cup

 

Method

 

- Take one bowl of black rice. Wash and rinse. Soak for half an hour in water.

- Take a pan. Put water, oil, black and green cardamom, bay leaf

- Put salt and black rice. Then cook black rice. Take it separately in the bowl.

- Take a pan. Put ghee on it, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, chopped onion, green chilli, tomato

- Put tomato puree. Add red chilli, salt, cumin powder and coriander powder. Mix it well.

- Add biryani masala. Put soya beans. Mix it well.

- Put curd. Then add Bell pepper. Put black rice on it, fried onion and ghee mint for garnishing.
