Black Rice Salad



  • Black rice- 1 bowl  
  • Red yellow bell pepper 
  • Spring onion 
  • Pomegranate
  • Grated garlic
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Olive oil 
  • Vinegar sauce
  • Soya sauce
  • Honey  
  • Orange juice




- Take one bowl of black rice.

- Wash and rinse.

- Soak for half an hour in water.

- Cook black rice first.

- Then add bell pepper, spring onion, orange juice, chopped cilantro pomegranate, garlic, grated garlic and ginger. Make sauce.

- Take a small bowl.

- First put vinegar, soya sauce, honey, orange Juice, grated garlic, ginger.

- Mix it with olive oil.

- Serve it.
