Tips and tricks to increase your water intake

Let's admit it, it's difficult to consume the required amount of water during the winters. Because it's so cold, we don't feel the need to drink as much water as we should. But we're here to make it all much easier for you. A few tips and ways to make sure you're drinking enough water to keep yourself hydrated, give your system the fuel it needs and keep your skin glowing and healthy.

Recipe:

- take 3 glasses of warm water in a jar

- Put in some pure and high quality tea leaves.
